Sephiroth would seem most likely to win. It'd probably be a good battle, since both were pretty skilled in combat, and Seymour has an Aeon which Sephiroth would have to take out to get to Seymour. Would also depend on which form Seymour fought in too, would he be fighting in the final form? Mt. Gagazet form? Or just standard form? Final form...he might actually come close to winning. Mt. Gagazet, might win, unlikely, but might. Standard form, nah, not a chance.
As for the others;
1. Looks - Well, if you are comparing looks based on game graphics, Seymour definitally. But if you are going to compare FFX to Advent Children Sephiroth, Sephiroth would win that. Depends on what you compare. In general though, Sephiroth.
2. Intelligence - I'd say a tie, both of them are pretty smart.
3. Strength - Phyiscal strength I'm assuming, so Sephiroth would win this fight.
4. Originality of Evil plot - Again, I'd have to say a tie, both of them had a pretty good evil plot.
